Support Services Basic Corporate Training Assessment Program (CTAP) After our initial training course, you may assign a Master Trainer to monitor the implementation and success of our training and the Rev-Assurance Denial Management System. Our expert trainers offer ON DEMAND supplemental training, claims compliance auditing on tough denials and assessment reports to your department to ensure a successful implementation of our training system. Afterwards we offer online and phone support (see below) to address any critical issues of non-compliance to keep your staff sharp, motivated and aggressively pursuing prompt claims adjudication! With our Basic CTAP, your staff will get: • One Week (6 Hours Daily) with a Master Trainer AT YOUR LOCATION COST: $600.00 per day for One Consultant. Advanced Corporate Support: I.B.L. Accelerated Studies—S.T.A.T. (Strategic Training, Advocacy and Tools for the HealthCare Professional) Workshops These monthly, quarterly or BI-annual sessions keep our members on the cutting edge of healthcare reimbursement by providing power-packed workshops to build claims compliance audit skills using a combination of role play exercises, case law scenarios, appeal letter writing exercises, EOB examinations, pop quizzes and much more! These workshops help you maintain the new enforcement environment established in your initial training class. Through this program, ERN Enterprises provides online course management of all attendees including online exams, ON-DEMAND prep courses, gradebooks and performance graphs to track productivity. ERN will also administers 1.6 CEU’s after 10 contact hours of training. All course materials under this program are created for Client distribution and retention*. COST: $99.00 per person Online Consulting and Phone Support It is common for attendees of our training system to have questions after our session. ERN offers Online Consulting and Phone Support to accommodate those who wish to tap our Experts for more information, have a customized letter created or an in-house letter reviewed.
