Ed Norwood is a transformational leader, healthcare advocate, and founder of ERN Enterprises, Inc. For over 25 years, he has worked tirelessly to protect patients’ access to care and help hospitals recover millions of dollars in improperly denied claims. His expertise in administrative law and payer compliance has made ERN an industry leader in reversing wrongful denials and driving systemic change in healthcare reimbursement practices. Ed’s passion for advocacy is rooted in his commitment to fairness and justice within healthcare. Through his leadership, ERN developed RevAssurance®, the nation’s most comprehensive administrative appeal system, and established groundbreaking training programs that equip providers with the tools they need to fight back against improper payer practices. A dynamic speaker and educator, Ed has delivered keynote presentations and training sessions for some of the most prestigious healthcare organizations and associations in the country. He is also the author of *Be a Giant Killer: Overcoming Everyday Goliaths*, a book that combines his personal experiences with powerful strategies for conquering challenges in life and business. Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Anu Norwood is the operational force and strategic architect behind ERN Enterprises’ pursuit of justice for healthcare providers. As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Anu brings more than leadership, she brings precision, performance, and purpose to every corner of the organization.

With a reputation for transforming complexity into clarity, Anu oversees ERN’s operations, client relations, auditor retention training, and financial infrastructure. From high-dollar audits to staff performance reviews, Anu ensures that every process is aligned with the company’s mission: to overturn denials, accelerate provider cash flow, and restore the right to practice without compromise.

Dubbed the “Queen of questions,” Anu leads with systems, but never loses sight of people, mentoring auditors, building leadership capacity, and holding the line on excellence with both strength and grace. Under her watch, ERN has scaled its operations, strengthened its KPIs, and driven results that impact not just revenue, but lives.

Anu also manages ERN’s financial and administrative backbone, overseeing all budgeting, payroll, HR, and client reporting functions. She is the steward of the company’s engine room, ensuring that what we build operationally sustains what we fight for missionally.

Denise Griffith
VP of Legal

As Legal Counsel and Healthcare Consultant at ERN Enterprises, Denise brings extensive experience in compliance, contract law, and healthcare regulations. She plays a critical role in guiding providers through complex legal landscapes, ensuring adherence to both federal and state regulations, and mitigating compliance risks that can impact reimbursement and patient care. With years of experience in law and healthcare consulting, Denise is passionate about advocacy and compliance as tools to protect patient access and safeguard financial stability for healthcare providers. Thitipong Mongkolrattanothai
Senior Compliance Supervisor | Legal Expert | Public Health Professional

T is a Senior Compliance Supervisor at ERN Enterprises, Inc., where he works closely with executive management and counsel on matters relating to compliance in the healthcare and insurance field. With a focus on Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, commercial plans, and government health plans, T provides critical oversight on internal audits, case management, and compliance issues, while representing clients before health plans and regulatory agencies.

Prior to this role, T served in critical legal, national security, and public health missions across various government agencies, including the United States Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. T also previously served as the Vol. 96 Executive Postscript Editor for the Southern California Law Review, where he directed the online publications (i.e., Postscript) team for USC’s flagship law journal. An esteemed scholar, T has authored 1 legal publication and 7 widely circulated scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals, further establishing a reputation as a thought leader in both the legal and public health fields.

With expertise spanning compliance, legal research, executive management, public health, and policy development, T is passionate about bridging the gap between law and healthcare to drive innovation and improve outcomes for clients and communities alike.

Debbie Feria
Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to the CEO

As Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the CEO, Debbie serves as a central force in driving operational integrity, team alignment, and organizational rhythm across the company. With a rare blend of precision, loyalty, and leadership, she ensures that the executive vision is executed with clarity and care. From accounting and payroll to HR, IT, client reporting, and compliance, Debbie knows nearly every system that keeps ERN running with excellence. She manages the details that others overlook—timecards, technology, testing, training—and does so with a level of intentionality that transforms administration into a leadership ministry. Debbie plays a critical role in ensuring that every new team member is not only equipped but empowered to thrive within ERN’s culture of advocacy and accountability. Her work behind the scenes, working with our COO building protocols, resolving tech challenges, coordinating performance metrics/bonuses, and maintaining HIPAA standards, is the reason our front-line battles are successful. She doesn’t just assist the CCO and CEO, she multiplies the mission. She doesn’t just guard processes, she protects the people who carry them. In a world full of moving parts, Debbie Feria is one who helps keep ERN’s heart beating in rhythm.

As Head of Public Relations at ERN Enterprises, Josiah Norwood is responsible for shaping the organization’s voice and driving its mission to protect access to care and advocate for fair reimbursement across the healthcare industry. He oversees ERN’s strategic communications, brand development, and external outreach, ensuring that providers nationwide understand the value of ERN’s representation, training, and technology solutions. Josiah plays a key role in creating campaigns that connect with healthcare leaders on a practical and emotional level—emphasizing the financial impact of preventing improper denials while highlighting ERN’s role as an advocate for patients and hospitals. From orchestrating national education initiatives and securing speaking engagements to leading digital campaigns and partnership development, his work focuses on amplifying ERN’s impact and positioning the company as a thought leader in revenue recovery and compliance training. A graduate of UCLA with a degree in Economics, Josiah brings a unique perspective to his role by blending analytical thinking with creative strategy. This foundation allows him to craft messages that not only inspire trust but also address the financial realities healthcare organizations face.
